How much does Shipping cost?
USA Shipping is FREE. Other country shipping is calculated at the time of purchase
When will I receive my item?
All items that are not custom are sent out within 24 to 48 hours so should arrive with a few days.
Our customized jewelry and mugs take a bit longer, usually no more than 5 business days, and then take from 3 - 5 days to arrive. Please contact us if your item does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time so that we can track and trace it for you.
What happens if my package is lost in the mail?
Unfortunately we have no control over the Postal Service, or UPS, but all items are sent with insurance and tracking, so we will replace an item that the post office loses in transit.
